Profile / History	Tecteun cares only for knowledge. In the early days of space travel she journeyed far and wide seeking out new understanding. When she encountered a lost child she took it in not out of pity, but due to the mystery surrounding it. When that child proved to have special abilities, Tecteun considered it a lab rat to be experimented on until she could understand and duplicate the process. As time passed Tecteun became and important member of Time Lord society and secretly worked with others to secure the Time Lords as a dominant race in the universe. She continued her experiments, growing colder and more uncaring with each century.
